Mark Alexandre
Founder
Mark has been an avid angler since 1993, setting (and still holding) multiple Provincial records as well as competing for 4 years in back-to-back South African Nationals. His deep knowledge of fishing techniques is matched by years spent working on the ocean – from deckhand to yacht captain.
In 2014, he built Flatties Flame Grill in Antigua, growing it into a successful restaurant group, with one location becoming the island’s top-rated establishment. Mark’s blend of angling expertise, maritime experience, and entrepreneurial leadership drives GFL’s vision and momentum.
Andrew Dyet
Co-Founder
A former superyacht captain with the highest professional license (Master 3000GT), Andrew transitioned ashore to build and operate several successful ventures, including a yacht management and brokerage firm, a property investment company, and agricultural and financial enterprises.
Now working alongside the founder of GFL, Mark Alexandre, he applies his leadership, business acumen, and maritime expertise to drive growth, innovation, and community impact.
